The Kama Sutra suggests that you should engage in sensual touching, (sounds good so far), but no genital touching. This heightens the senses. Oh, and only move at 1/2 your regular speed. So this means don’t do your usual groping around and 30 second foreplay routine. This is a LOT of fun. Okay…in the video, they actually suggest you do this for 3 nights…I don’t have that kind of willpower, so it only happened on night 1. – Remember, I said I was “Type A” and we got down to business the next morning.

If you get motion sickness, this might not be the best one to try. Throwing up can really screw up the Chi! Also, if you both climax hard, and lose yourself in the moment…the person on the ball will receive a concussion when your partner lets go of your hands. My headache only lasted for a couple of hours.

SPLITTING OF THE BAMBOO – In this one, she’s on her back with him on top. She then puts one of her legs over his shoulder. Flexibility is a must for this one. It’s a good thing I’ve been working really hard with my trainer! This one give you (this is for the ladies now) LOTS of stimulation in all the right areas! Plus, he has to do all the work, cuz you can’t get too much leverage with your legs split apart. So you really get to sit back and enjoy the ride. WOO HOO!!!! But the boys really seem to get off when you can show them that you’re flexible enough to do this move. It must have something to do with that male fantasy of doing it with a gymnast.

Some of the crazier moves involved a suspended swing (The Love Swing). While this looks like fun, the only guy I want to see coming at me on a swing is Tarzan, in his little loincloth on a vine in some steamy tropical jungle.
